Chalkwell of Sittingbourne

The company are currently offering a selection of vehicles for sale including Optare Solo GX04AWR and MX04VLR, Volvo B7TL/Plaxton President PJ02 RAU/RBV, Mercedes/Plaxton Cheetah YN53EJG, Volvo B12M/Van Hool MX04AEC, and Scania/Irizar PB SR07HCR and YN07LGU.


East Yorkshire

Volvo B9TL/Wright Eclipse-Gemini 795 is now in the bodyshop, with Enviro 300 274 in the paintshop. Enviro 200 284 and 288 now carry ‘Scarborough Locals’ livery. Volvo B5TL/Wright Eclipse-Gemini 96 is currently being prepared for service.

Now in service at Scarborough are Enviro 200s 284, 287 and 288. Volvo B7RLE/MCV Evolution 382 and 383 have been reallocated from Scarborough to Hull, with Volvo B8RLE/MCV Evolution 395 and Enviro 200 MMC 396 moving on from Hull to Pocklington. Now at Scarborough, from Pocklington are Volvo B7TL/Wright Eclipse-Gemini 701 and 702.


First South West

Now repainted into Dartmoor Explorer livery are Volvo B7TL/Wright Eclipse-Gemini 37011, 37019, 37155 and 37173.

Recent additions to this fleet are Scania/Caetano Levante XFF293, Y24TRU, UHW661 and WSV409 (carrying fleet numbers 23651, 23653, 23654 and 23655), Scania/Berkhof Axial Y1EDN (former YT61GRU) and Y2EDN (former YT61GRX) which carry fleet numbers 23701 and 23702, Scania/Irizar PB Y15TRU (carries fleet number 23751), and Scania Omnicity SN57DBY and SN57DCE which carry fleet numbers 36081 and 36082.

Hulleys of Baslow 

Optare Solo YN53 ZWV, and Scania Omnicity YR10 AZA sustained fire damage at their depot on 17th May. Both vehicles have been destroyed.


National Express West Midlands

Repaints have now recommenced here, with Enviro 200s 733, 734 at Pensnett and 862 at Walsall, Scania Omnilinks 1789 at Acocks Green and 1808 at Perry Barr, Volvo B7RLE 2095 at Pensnett, and Enviro 400 4902 at Birmingham Central, all receiving the crimson livery.

Next in for paint are Scania Omnilink 1823 from Perry Barr, and Volvo B7RLEs 2099 2101 2103 from Pensnett.

Of the 5 Wright Streetdecks at Walsall, 3301, 3303 & 3305 have all now seen public use, seeing daily use on local routes 7/A.

With the ‘Birmingham Clean Air Zone’ coming into force from today, Tuesday 1st June, most of the older vehicles in this fleet will now not be able to enter central Birmingham. As a result, a number of moves have taken place.

Trident/ALX400s 4444, 4445, 4446, 4447, 4448, 4455, 4456, 4457 and 4458 have transferred from Birmingham Central to Wolverhampton, with 4459, 4460, 4461, 4463, 4570, 4573, 4574, 4575 and 4577 moving from Birmingham Central to Walsall. Transferring from Walsall to Birmingham Central in their place are 4594, 4595, 4597, 4598, 4599, 4600, 4602, 4604 and 4606. The whole batch of Enviro 400s 4927-36 have been transferred from Wolverhampton to Birmingham Central, whilst Enviro 400 MMCs 6113 and 6114 have been reallocated from Pensnett to Perry Barr.

Notably, 4455-4463 which have transferred from Birmingham Central, will be debranded from route 97 which they have been continually used on since 2011.

Seven Sisters Bus & Coach 

Now acquired here is Volvo B7TL/Wright Eclipse-Gemini LK04FYS, from Ensign Bus. It will retain its closed top configuration and will be used on days with poor weather where use of a open top vehicles isn’t suitable. It will be reregistered 115CUF and will carry fleet number 115.


Stagecoach East

Now repainted into Stagecoach ‘Local’ livery is Enviro 200 37221.

Stagecoach East Midlands

Now repainted into Stagecoach ‘Local’ livery here is Enviro 200 MMC 26259, which is currently operating on loan from Lincoln. After sustaining accident damage, Volvo B7TL/East Lancs Vyking has had a partial refresh of its Stagecoach ‘Beachball’ livery.

Also repainted into Stagecoach ‘Local’ livery are MAN/Enviro 300 22797 and 22800, and Enviro 200 MMC 26260.

Stagecoach Midlands

The Stratford upon Avon CitySightseeing service has now resumed, utilising former Stagecoach London Trident/ALX400s 18471, 18474, 18475, 18482 and 18496. Returned to service at Leamington following repairs is Enviro 400 MMC 11219.

Now repainted into Stagecoach ‘Local’ livery here is Enviro 200 37047.


Stagecoach South

Basingstoke Enviro 200 MMC 26306 has been named 'Dave Symons' whilst similar 26310 has been named 'Steve Croucher'.

Now repainted into Stagecoach ‘Distance’ livery is Scania/Enviro 400 15987 and Enviro 300s 27650 and 27661.  These are the first three Stagecoach South vehicles to receive the ‘Distance’ livery and also carry the new ‘Coastliner’ branding.

Now allocated to Dover, from Herne Bay, is Trident/ALX400 17587.

Now repainted into Stagecoach ‘Local’ livery here are Scania/Enviro 400 15184, 15438 and 15441.


Stagecoach South West

Enviro 400s 19105, 19106 and 19107 have now entered service following open top conversion and repaint into Stagecoach ‘Local’ livery. Also now repainted into the ‘Local’ livery is Optare Solo 47443.

Z&S Transport Of Aylesbury

Following the loss of all services in the Milton Keynes area, the following vehicles have been withdrawn from this fleet;

Enviro 200s: 140, 142, 144, 146, 148, 150, 152, 154, 164, 180, 182, 184 and 186 (LJ08 CZX/U/Z/R, SR54 ZNS, LJ08 CZS/V, MX59 AVV, V358 XKY, MX59 AVO).

Optare Solo: 148 (SR53 ZNS).

Dart SLF: 164 (T305 JRH).
