We understand that the following vehicles were damaged in a fire at Grantham depot last month, VDL SB120/Plaxton Centro 601 (FH06KGK) and 602 (KE06NZW), Scania Omnicity 900 (W50PJC) and 901 (W60PJC), Optare Solo 222 (KX06APZ) and 320 (YJ59NPD), and Scania Omnidekka 905 (YN53CHF).

Volvo B9R/Caetano Levante 82 has now been repainted into ‘Coaching’ livery, with similar 86 now away for repaint.
First Hampshire & Dorset
Enviro 400 33727 has become the first vehicle to receive the new green based ‘Wessex Locals’ livery here.

Strike action is currently in place here, with a reduced service in operation and services being operated by a number of other operators including MP Travel, Selwyns, Belle Vue and Red Rose of Penwortham.
Megabus
A correction to our previous report, that Volvo B11/Plaxton Panorama coaches 50445-447 are registered YX21NNG/NNH/NNJ (not HHG/HHH/HHJ as previously reported), with 50448-454 due to carry registrations YX21NNK/NNL/NNM/NNO/NNP/NNR/NNT.
National Express West Midlands
Trident/ALX400s 4342, 4346, 4351 and 4358, all from Walsall have now been withdrawn.

Rambler Coaches of St Leonards
Now acquired here are two Optare Tempos, one of which is understood to be YJ07VSY. These join similar YJ10EXS (fleet number 8) and YJ10EXT (fleet number 4) which recently joined this fleet. YJ07VSY and YJ10EXS/EXT all entered service last weekend on Eastbourne-Ore rail replacements.

Stagecoach East Midlands
At the end of January Megabus Van Hool Astromegas 50301-305/307/308 were returned to Stagecoach West North Bristol depot, after their loan period came to an end.
Now at Hull for repairs are Open Top Volvo B7TL/Wright Eclipse-Gemini 16964, Open Top Trident/ALX400s 17016/678, and Enviro 400 19209. Noted at Mansfield now is Open Top Trident/ALX400 17013.
Now on loan at Skegness, from Grimsby is Enviro 200 37197.
Further repaints into Stagecoach ‘Local’ livery are Trident/ALX400 18431 and Enviro 200 36455, whilst Volvo B7RLE/Wright Eclipse-Urban 21248 is now at Lincoln for repaint.
With a group of three Hull City Council contracted routes moving from East Yorkshire to Stagecoach on 1st March, Stagecoach have had to draft in two Enviro 200s (37196/208) from Grimsby to cover this. One of these, 37208 is pictured making its way around Hull on 2nd March 2021. © Ian Knott.
Stagecoach London
New Enviro 400 EV 14114/116/118/119/125/128 have all entered service from Barking depot this week, with more due to enter service over the coming days. These will see the loaned RATP E400s going back to RATP. Similar 14110 entered service at Rainham depot at the end of last week.
Enviro 400 Hybrid 12345 has been repainted into a special ‘Selkent Ambassador’ livery to celebrate 40 years of Plumstead Garage, with this vehicle due to be transferred back to Plumstead depot (from Bow) along with similar 12342.
Stagecoach South East
Now transferred to Folkestone depot is Enviro 400 19005, which of note still retains Stagecoach ‘Beachball’ livery (and has not been repainted into their ‘Local’ livery as we previously reported).
