Go North East
Repainted in the week ending 10th December 2020 was Optare Versa 8317 into the 2019 fleet livery and has returned to service at Riverside.
The recently repainted and refurbished ‘Quaycity’ branded Optare Versas 5380-88 have all now returned to service at Riverside, being re-allocated to service Q3.
Engineering float Optare Versas 8295-299 and 8300/01/02/04/05 have all transferred to Chester-le-Street, allowing better fleet standardisation there. In turn this has released Wright Streetlite DF Micro-Hybrid 5419 to Deptford where it has replaced Mercedes Citaro 5313 which has been taken out of service.
Scania Omnicitys 5249/64/66 have moved to Riverside, allowing Mercedes Citaros 5321/22 and Scania Omnicitys 5267/68/69/70/71 to transfer to Percy Main, replacing Mercedes Citaro Citaros 5315/16/17/18/20.
The new ADL Trident 2/ADL Enviro 400MMC for Hexham; 6352/53/54/55, have all now entered service. Along with the earlier transfer of 6337 to Hexham, this has allowed ‘Tynedalexpress’ branded Mercedes Citaros 5298/99 and 5300/01/02 to be taken out of service at Hexham, but retained as ‘Hot Spares”.
Mercedes Citaros 5306/07/11 have all been reinstated at Riverside and 5308 at Deptford, to be used as ‘Hot Spares’ in the lead up to Christmas, allowing a rapid response to any overloading issues which may arise.
The earlier transfer of Scania OmniDekka 6132 from Percy Main to Riverside has allowed Volvo B9TL/Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 6099 to transfer to Deptford. Similarly, the earlier transfer of dual-door Volvo B7TL/Plaxton President 6934 to Hexham has in turn permitted the release and re-allocation of Volvo B9TL/Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 6043 to Deptford.
The of these Volvo B9TL/Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 to Deptford has displaced similar ‘Fab Fifty Six’ branded examples 6091 and 6092 which have been taken out of service for repaint and seat re-trim at Bus & Coach World, Blackburn.
Megabus
Left Hand Drive Van Hool Altano 55010, from the North Bristol (Stagecoach West) allocation has reported at Rugby depot (Stagecoach Midlands).
Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire
Open Top Volvo B5TLs 13802-805 have been delicensed for the winter season with 13801/806/807 remaining in service at Kendal. Now allocated to West Cumbria is Volvo B12M 53029, which had been in the Reserve Fleet here.
Volvo Olympian 16793 along with Optare Solos 47056/59/60 have bee sold to T Wigley (dealer) and 47884 to Cranberry Coachways of Accrington. Also sold is Dart SLF 35191.
Now for disposal here and sold to T Wigley are former Dart SLF training buses 34704/705. They will be replaced in the training fleet here by 35246 and 35248, which had been for disposal but will now be converted for training use.
Stagecoach East
Volvo B9R/Plaxton Elite 53704 has transferred to Bedford, from Stagecoach East Kent.
Delicensed here is Volvo B8RLE/MCV Evora 21368 from Fenstanton, which is currently away for accident damage repairs.
The second vehicle here to gain Stagecoach ‘Local’ livery is Fenstanton allocated Enviro 200 37232.
Stagecoach East Midlands
The first vehicle in the Scunthorpe fleet to receive the new Stagecoach ‘Local’ livery is Enviro 300 27195. Also repainted into Stagecoach ‘Local’ livery by Lincoln printshop are Gainsborough allocated Enviro 300 27789, and Lincoln allocated Enviro 400s 19146 and 19295, and Enviro 300 27760.
On loan at Skegness, from Lincoln, is Transbus Trident/Plaxton President 18042, where it is covering for Volvo B7TL/Wright Eclipse-Gemini 16944.
Transbus Dart SLF 34456 has been reallocated from Lincoln to Mansfield.
Due for imminent transfer from the reserve fleet at Worksop, is Dart SLF 34702 which will move into the main operational fleet at Gainsborough.

Stagecoach East Scotland
Previously here in the Rennies fleet, Enviro 400s 19038/040/043 have been moved south to Ensign Bus & Coach for seat belt fitting prior to transferring to Stagecoach Highlands.
Enviro 300 27599 have been moved from Dunfermline to the reserve fleet at Perth.
Transferred here from Stagecoach Oxfordshire, Van Hool Astromegas 50261-266 have arrived at Perth and are currently being prepared for traffic.
Stagecoach London
Enviro 200s 36306-308 are now in use a ‘meal relief’ vehicles but remain at Bromley. Further Stagecoach South Wales hired vehicles now spare at Bromley, following the withdrawal of the contract they were being used on, are Optare Solo 47638 and Optare Solo SRs 47847/48.
Enviro 400H Hybrids 12324-326 which had been for disposal are now being retained here.
The company reports the delivery of new Enviro 400City EVs 14101-109/130-147 of which 14130/131/133 are in use for driver familiarisation.

Stagecoach Manchester
Reallocated from Hyde Road to Middleton, are Enviro 400s 19168 and 19177.
Additional Enviro 400H Hybrids now in the Magicbus fleet are 12239 at Sharston and 12232/251 at Hyde Road.

Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire
Due here imminently from Stagecoach West Scotland are Optare Solos 47476 and 47498.
Enviro 400s 19570 and 19572 have transferred from Chester to Birkenhead, whilst Dart SLF 34813 at Chester is now in the Reserve Fleet. MAN Enviro 300 24154 from the Reserve Fleet is now in the main fleet at Gilmoss.
Now returned to service after being off road for over year, MAN Enviro 300 24154 is seen on Gilmoss depot on 9th November 2020. Of note, the rear end has received a repaint. © buses7675!
Stagecoach Midlands
An increase in contract requirements at Northampton has resulted in a further two Enviro 400s, LK08DXU and LK08DXV and arriving here on loan from Ensign Bus. They arrived here on 21st December 2020.
Stagecoach North East
Dennis Dart SLF 34605, and MAN Enviro 200 39710, have move from Slaytford to Sunderland. Hybrid Enviro 400 12078 has reentered traffic at Walkergate, whilst MAN/ALX300 22437 has moved from the main fleet to the reserve fleet at Walkergate.
A recent repaint into Stagecoach ‘Local’ livery is Enviro 200 36977, whilst it is understood that Enviro 300 27733 is being prepared for a visit to the Sunderland paint shop.
Dart SLF 34605 and MAN Enviro 200 39710 are now at Sunderland (from Slatyford) for use as required on duplicate services.
Sold to S&M Parton is MAN Enviro 300 22579.

Stagecoach North Scotland (Bluebird)
Reported here is the return of MAN Enviro 300 22866 from Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire, where it originally transferred around eight weeks but was declared a failure on arrival. It has been placed in the disposal fleet at Dunfermline.
Now in the reserve fleet here, and acting as a paint float vehicle, is Optare Solo 47161 at Aberdeen.
Stagecoach North Scotland (Highland)
Enviro 400s 19038/040/043, which had been on loan to Stagecoach East Scotland have moved to Ensign for seat belt fitment prior to returning here.
Vehicles stood down for long term repairs in the last month have been Volvo B7RLE 21204 at Skye; Optare Solo 47564 at Caithness; Volvo B9R 53623 at Tain and Trident 18124 at Aviemore. Reliability of the electric Optare Solos here remains poor with 48900 and 48904 joining 48901/903/906 out of service for repairs.
Back in use following completion of repairs, all at Kirkwall, are Enviro 300 27807, Optare Solo SR 47813 and Volvo B7R 53309.
Volvo B9R 53624 has transferred from Skye to Inverness and has been replaced on Skye by Volvo B7R 53332 from the Reserve Fleet. Former Stagecoach East Volvo B7R 53613 has been allocated to Kirkwall. Departures from Inverness are Enviro 300 27588 to Tain and Enviro 400 19371 to Aviemore.
Stagecoach Oxfordshire
After being displaced from Oxford Tube duties, Van Hool Astromegas 50261-266 have moved to Stagecoach East Scotland, and similar 50280 and 50281 have transferred to Stagecoach West Scotland. Further departures took place last week, with 50277-279 heading north (expected to be for West Scotland).
Stagecoach South
Operational Reserve Fleet Enviro 200s from Guildford have been allocated to Aldershot (36438 and 36838) and Winchester (36837). Trident 18502 has returned to service at Chichester following repairs, whilst Enviro 200 36432 is now in the Reserve Fleet at Aldershot.
Optare Solo 47547 from Aldershot is now for disposal.
Stagecoach South East
Further Scania Enviro 400MMC swaps have seen 15262 and 15278 transferred from Herne Bay to Hastings in exchange for Enviro 400MMCs 10703 and 10704. Reserve Fleet Dart SLF 34442 has transferred from Thanet to the main fleet at Folkestone whilst a swap at Ashford has seen Dart SLF 34483 move to Reserve Fleet and in exchange 34791 is now in the main operational fleet.
Stagecoach South West
Now sold and no longer part of the fleet is Optare Solo 47095. It had latterly been used as a publicity vehicle.
Stagecoach South Wales
From reserve fleet at Blackwood, Optare Solo 47949 has moved to Caerphilly main fleet.
Following completion of repairs, Dart SLF 34672 is due to be allocated to the Reserve Fleet at Aberdare. We understand that Enviro 300 27694 and Optare Solo 47694 are both now back in the operational fleet at Porth following completion of repairs.
Vehicles currently away for external repairs are Scania/Enviro 300s 28726/734 at Keltruck, whilst Trident 18076 and Optare Solo 47347 are at Bulwark Engineering.
Stagecoach South West
Now awaiting disposal, from Exeter, are Enviro 200 36232 and Optare Solo 47095.
Stagecoach West
Transferred from Cheltenham to North Bristol, are Scania Enviro 400 15981 and Enviro 200 36107.
Now sold from this fleet are Dennis Trident/ALX400 18349 and Optare Solo 47037.

Stagecoach West Scotland
Volvo B13R 54108 has been allocated to Cumbernauld, from the Reserve Fleet whilst 54107 remains in the Reserve Fleet but is now at Kilmarnock.
The company reports the arrival of former Stagecoach Oxfordshire Van Hool Astromegas 50280-284 here. All are for Kilmarnock with 50280 undergoing preparation at Ayr and 50281-284 at Kilmarnock. Also at Kilmarnock are the three former Stagecoach London 10.2m Enviro 200s 36331/332/337.
Now for disposal here are Enviro 300 27627 and Optare Solo 47733.
Reserve Fleet Optare Solo 47613 is now allocated to Ayr. Similar 47615 has transferred from Kilmarnock to the Reserve Fleet at Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire, after its planned transfer to Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire was cancelled. 47476 and 47489 remain earmarked for transfer to Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire, 47838 has transferred from the Reserve Fleet to Kilmarnock.
Stagecoach Yorkshire
Delicensed here is Scania Enviro 400s 15590, from Barnsley, which is receiving engine repairs. Also delicensed is similar 15708 from Ecclesfield.
Dennis Dart SLF 35230 has been reallocated from reserve to Chesterfield, and Wright Streetlite 39104 has been relicensed at Ecclesfield.
Now in Stagecoach ‘Local’ livery is Chesterfield allocated Optare Solo 47324.
Vallances Coaches of Kirkby-in-Ashfield
Scania Irizar PB YN56 HBD (previously registered V4 LLN) has left their fleet and has been sold to a company based in Ireland.
